Even though I canceled my ChatGPT subscription, my account is still being charged. When I try to log in using the same account details, I am unable to access my account or continue my membership. This situation is very frustrating as I can neither stop the charges nor access the service I’m being billed for. I urgently need support to resolve this issue, stop the charges, and restore access to my account. Please address this problem as soon as possible.
