ChatGPT Plus Charged Me Twice Without Consent—Refund Denied

I purchased a ChatGPT Plus subscription, but even though I did not want to renew, OpenAI charged me twice, each time for ₺499.90. When I requested a refund, they refused, claiming they couldn’t process it.
How is it possible that unauthorized and duplicate charges cannot be refunded? This is completely unfair! I did not approve these transactions, and yet OpenAI has taken my money without my consent.
I demand an immediate refund for the extra charge and a resolution for the unauthorized renewal. OpenAI must provide better billing transparency and customer support. A representative needs to assist me with this issue as soon as possible!
