ChatGPT Keeps Charging Customer's Card Months After Subscription Cancellation
Even though I canceled my ChatGPT subscription on 03/05/2026, the subscription fee continued to be charged from my VakıfBank card in April and May. I've been wronged because I'm still being charged for a service I already canceled.
I submitted my complaint about this to the ChatGPT help center, but I never got any response — my request was left completely unanswered. The date I canceled my subscription, the charges that followed afterward, and not getting any response despite reaching out to the help center have left me seriously frustrated.
I'm requesting a refund of all the amounts charged from my card in April and May, and that no fees be charged from my card without my permission or knowledge going forward.
