I Paid for ChatGPT Plus but Couldn't Use It

On October 23, 2024, I subscribed to ChatGPT Plus, and ₺499.99 was charged to my card. However, when I tried to use the app as a Plus user, it kept giving me errors. Frustrated, I canceled my subscription on the same day but was informed that my Plus membership would remain active until November 23, 2024, due to the payment being processed. Despite logging out and back in multiple times and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I still couldn't access the promised Plus features. I reached out to ChatGPT support multiple times to request a refund but received no clear answers or resolutions. I demand an immediate refund for my ChatGPT Plus subscription as the service was not delivered.
