ChatGPT-4 Doesn't Meet Needs, Refund & User-Friendly Support Requested

I signed up for ChatGPT-4, but it didn't live up to what I was hoping for. The features the user desired were present in ChatGPT-3.5, hence they did not use it. I would like to cancel my subscription and receive a refund of $20. Regrettably, there is no method to converse with them. Having a responsive customer service team available would be really helpful. Moreover, it would be great to have a trial version lasting either 3 or 7 days. Thanks for your help.
