As a regular ChatGPT user, I subscribed to ChatGPT Plus hoping for more detailed answers, but I was disappointed with the experience and decided to cancel within 10 minutes. To my surprise, 499₺ was charged instantly, even though I assumed the payment would be deducted at the end of the month.

This unexpected charge for a subscription I barely used is frustrating, and I’m requesting a prompt refund. I expected a clear and fair billing process, and I urge OpenAI to address this issue and offer better clarity on payment timelines for users trying out ChatGPT Plus.
