I recently subscribed to ChatGPT, a platform I had been very satisfied with, but today it stopped working unexpectedly. I cannot understand why this issue occurred, especially without any prior notification. As a paying customer, I find this unacceptable.

I am requesting a full refund for the subscription since the service is not functioning as promised. I’ve attached two screenshots for reference and expect customer support to contact me promptly at h**********@gmail.com. This situation has caused inconvenience not just for me, but for many users. Please resolve this issue immediately and restore trust in your service.
