My Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Perfume Arrived Cracked

Over the weekend, I bought Chanel Coco Mademoiselle perfume for my wife from Istanbul. Upon opening the box and removing the wrapping, I noticed a crack on the bottom right corner of the bottle. As soon as my wife placed the perfume on the table, it leaked everywhere. The store where I purchased it refuses to take any responsibility. How could I have known the condition of the bottle inside the sealed box? It's baffling. Nevertheless, these stores are damaging your brand. I have suffered both financially and emotionally.
