Chanel Perfume from Duty-Free Stains Clothes and Fades Quickly

On April 23, 2024, we purchased a 100ml Chanel women's perfume for my wife at the Duty-Free shop in the international terminal of Antalya Airport. We paid by credit card and boarded our flight abroad.
A few days later, my wife tried the perfume and was shocked. She asked me if it was possible that the product sold at customs could be counterfeit. The perfume we bought left permanent stains on clothes. Additionally, the scent disappears after a short time.
I'm attaching the credit card payment details, images of the stained clothing, and pictures of the perfume packaging and bottle.
I kindly request a resolution for the issues with both the perfume and the damaged clothing.
