Chanel Sunglasses From Izmir IstinyePark Store Repeatedly Faulty Despite Repairs
About two years ago, I purchased a pair of Chanel sunglasses (Model: 8056597785525/00V/A71224X08101S1705 / occi / square sungl acetate rouge irise + bordeaux) from the Chanel store in Izmir IstinyePark, paying around ₺12,000.
From the very beginning, I have experienced a constant issue with the temple loosening on one side. The first time this happened, I sent the sunglasses for repair and they were fixed, but shortly after, the same problem returned. After a second repair attempt, the issue still persisted, and the store eventually replaced my sunglasses with a new pair.
However, even with the replacement, the same defect occurred again on the exact same side. Each time I returned to the store, I was only offered repair as the solution, while my request for a refund was refused.
Although my sunglasses are still under warranty, the recurring nature of this fault and the lack of a permanent solution have caused significant frustration. It is unacceptable for a luxury brand product to repeatedly present the same defect after multiple repairs and even after a product exchange.
I am formally requesting a full refund instead of yet another repair, and I expect Chanel to provide a lasting resolution to this issue.
