Atasun Optik Prada Sunglasses Issue

I purchased a pair of Prada sunglasses from Atasun Optik and had prescription lenses installed due to my vision needs. However, I have been unable to use the sunglasses since I got them. The screws on the lenses kept falling out. When we visited Atasun Optik, the staff suggested ordering a screw set and installing it ourselves instead of sending the glasses for inspection. Despite this, I encountered the same issue again. Eventually, we sent the sunglasses for inspection, but they only added a screw set and sent them back. The store employee mentioned that the existing screws were problematic and suggested using different screws, otherwise, we would need to request new ones. This solution also failed. Despite my insistence that the product should be replaced or refunded due to a defect, the store staff tried to fix the problem by using different screws and adding washers. However, the frame of the sunglasses is completely faulty and bent, causing the lenses not to fit properly. The store staff claimed that this issue was due to my different vision prescriptions, but my problem persists and unfortunately remains unresolved.
