I Got Breakouts and Dull Skin from Chanel Skincare Despite the High Price Tag

I’ve been using a Chanel skincare product for about a month now—not even daily—and I’m honestly shocked at how poorly it performs given the high price. Instead of improving my skin, it makes my face look dull and flat every time I use it. Even worse, it causes breakouts, which I never expected from a so-called luxury brand. For a product that costs this much (₺), I expected visible results and a noticeable improvement in my skin—not acne and lifeless skin tone. Chanel is supposed to stand for quality, but this experience has proven otherwise. I feel misled and disappointed. I won’t be buying from them again unless they acknowledge this issue and issue a refund. Fix this, Chanel.
