The shipment has been in transit for a week, and for the last three days, there has been no movement at all. I haven’t received any SMS updates or phone calls, and I’ve been left completely uninformed throughout the process.
The delivery address is in Kadıköy, Istanbul. I bought this item as a gift, and I am now extremely disappointed and inconvenienced. I want the delivery to be completed as soon as possible.
