Ceva Delivery Delay – Large Furniture Order Not Arrived
I ordered an Argimo brand children’s bunk bed from Trendyol, shipped via Ceva. The shipment with tracking number UT0292446 has not been delivered since the 16th and still has not reached me.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that my package is waiting at the Adana transfer center. However, there has been no progress for days—I cannot get any clear information, and there has been no movement regarding the delivery.
Since this is a large and important item, the prolonged delay and lack of clarity in the delivery process are causing me inconvenience. I request a clear and detailed update on the current location of my shipment and that my order be delivered to me as soon as possible without further delay.
