Trendyol Delivery Delay Issue
I'm writing to you about my Trendyol order, tracking number 22934241233462. Although the delivery date for the evening gown was August 12, I'm seeing that the package is still being held at the İkitelli Transfer Center. My delivery address is the İzmir Üçyol Branch. I am experiencing a great deal of distress due to this delay, especially since I did not expect any problems with the shipping process. I only have two days left until my engagement party, and it's a major problem that the dress has not yet arrived. I have already contacted Sürat Kargo customer service and filed a complaint, but I was only told that my package was being held, and no solution has been provided. I am requesting an explanation for why my paid-for item has been held at the transfer center for so long and am demanding that it be delivered to me as soon as possible. I'm having a hard time understanding why it's been sitting at the İkitelli Transfer Center for three days with no movement. The dress I ordered for my sister on the same day was delivered on the 12th, but my package is still being held. If the dress isn't delivered in time for my engagement party, I'll be in a very difficult situation and need an urgent resolution.
Every morning I call customer service and talk to them. Today, the first time I called, they said there was a barcode issue. The second time I called, they said there is no barcode issue, it's just being held. Where is my cargo?
