Although the delivery date for the evening gown was August 12, I'm seeing that the package is still being held at the İkitelli Transfer Center. My delivery address is the İzmir Üçyol Branch. I am experiencing a great deal of distress due to this delay, especially since I did not expect any problems with the shipping process. I only have two days left until my engagement party, and it's a major problem that the dress has not yet arrived. I have already contacted Sürat Kargo customer service and filed a complaint, but I was only told that my package was being held, and no solution has been provided. I am requesting an explanation for why my paid-for item has been held at the transfer center for so long and am demanding that it be delivered to me as soon as possible.
