My Thermos from Trendyol Stuck in Distribution for 7 Days with Sürat Kargo

Hello,

I ordered a thermos from Trendyol with the delivery number 25223781200051. For the past 7 days, my package has been showing as "out for delivery" with Sürat Kargo. I contacted the shipping company, and they confirmed that there was an issue with the distribution. They said they would immediately call the branch manager to expedite the delivery with an urgent code. However, 3 days have passed since then, and there has been no progress. The package is still at the Düzce Kervan Sürat Kargo branch.

I'm feeling frustrated and need this resolved quickly.
