On Saturday, September 6, I placed an order through Trendyol from the Meleni Home store for a 32-piece ice cube storage container set (Order No: 10479758195). My order appears to have been shipped, but since that date, the product has not reached me. In the cargo tracking system, my package has been showing in the same location since September 6, and I can no longer access any detailed information. During this process, I have not been able to contact the store directly and have only been communicating with Trendyol customer service. Every day I am told to wait, that a refund cannot be processed until the product is delivered, and no solution is offered. I paid ₺643 and have been left aggrieved. I request that my order be delivered to me as soon as possible or that a refund process be initiated and the amount I paid be returned. I kindly ask for this matter to be resolved quickly.
