After canceling and receiving a refund, Cerebrum IQ has taken money from my account again. I have a screenshot of the transaction made on May 25, 2025. I need you to refund my money and email me confirmation that this account is permanently closed. Otherwise, I will be forced to cancel my card at my own expense to stop these unauthorized withdrawals.
