Thinking it would be a one-time transaction, I registered for a trial with Cerebrum IQ and sent my credit card information. But soon after not approving any subscriptions, I was slapped with constant charges. The process of trying to remove my account was purposefully unclear, and instead of canceling my subscription was strangely prolonged. I contacted their support, but even then I got no appropriate help—just platitudes. Worse, I started getting spam emails connected to my account. To stop more charges and protect my card, I had to call my bank. Practices of Cerebrum IQ seem exploitative and dishonest. Everyone should definitely refrain from using this service and guard their bank records!
