Cerebral Charged Me Unexpectedly and Doesn’t Provide ADHD Meds as Promised

Thinking it would be an easy, low-cost approach to investigate Cerebral's platform, I registered for their $99 IQ test offer. But I was surprised to find an extra $29 charge show up on my account without warning. Customer care denied my request for a refund, stating it was a component of a subscription I was unaware I had signed up for. To exacerbate things, I first enrolled believing this program would enable me to acquire ADHD medicine without insurance, only to discover following the first session they do not offer that kind of prescription support. This seems irritating and false. Their lack of openness makes me regret trusting them, and I have no expectation for my money being refunded.
