Cerave Cleanser Arrived with an Empty Box – Refund Still Not Processed

I ordered a Cerave cleanser, but when the package arrived, the box was completely empty. The delivery courier also confirmed this, so I immediately returned the empty box with a formal report in the presence of the courier. The box was returned to the seller, but I still haven't received my refund.

I reached out to live support, and they contacted the seller, who claims they shipped the product, but I never received it. I’m now left without the product or my money. This situation is causing me significant frustration, and I demand an immediate resolution. I want my refund processed as soon as possible since I never even saw the product!
