Cerave Cleanser Arrived with an Empty Box – Refund Still Not Processed
I ordered a Cerave cleanser, but when the package arrived, the box was completely empty. The delivery courier also confi...rmed this, so I immediately returned the empty box with a formal report in the presence of the courier. The box was returned to the seller, but I still haven't received my refund.
