Shein Order Marked as "Abandoned" – No Delivery, No Refund
I placed an order on Shein's online store, but the delivery never arrived. According to the tracking information, the package was supposedly delivered, but no one contacted me, and I never received a call or a delivery attempt. Now, when I check the status on Shein’s website, it says “Products Abandoned”, which makes absolutely no sense.
If the courier failed to deliver the package, the standard process should be for it to be returned to Shein, followed by a refund—but neither has happened. My money is gone, the items are missing, and there is no customer support to help me.
I demand an immediate resolution. Either resend my order or issue a full refund. This is unacceptable, and Shein must take responsibility for ensuring customers receive what they paid for!
