Received Wrong Cerave Cleanser and No Response for Return
We ordered Cerave products on September 23, 2024, and received them 6 days later. However, the items arrived without boxes, wrapped only in plastic. One pump was broken, and another had a slight crack, but the main issue is that we ordered the Cerave Hydrating Cleanser (473 ml) but received the Cerave Foaming Cleanser (473 ml) instead. My daughter didn’t want these products, so we requested an exchange or refund on October 30, 2024. Since then, there has been no response—phone lines are down, and WhatsApp and the return request have gone unanswered. We demand either a product exchange or a full refund.
