Carwiz Deposit Refund Not Processed Despite Returning Car in Perfect Condition
I rented a car through Carwiz and paid a €350 deposit at the time of rental. Although I returned the car in perfect condition, as confirmed by the staff during drop-off, my deposit has still not been refunded. It has been weeks, and despite multiple attempts to contact Carwiz via email and WhatsApp, I have received no response.
The lack of communication and accountability is highly frustrating and unprofessional. I expect an immediate resolution, including the refund of my deposit. Carwiz must improve its customer service and honor its commitments to avoid such situations in the future. I warn others to think twice before renting from this company.
