Carwiz Deposit Refund Not Processed Despite Returning Car in Perfect Condition

I rented a car through Carwiz and paid a €350 deposit at the time of rental. Although I returned the car in perfect condition, as confirmed by the staff during drop-off, my deposit has still not been refunded. It has been weeks, and despite multiple attempts to contact Carwiz via email and WhatsApp, I have received no response.

The lack of communication and accountability is highly frustrating and unprofessional. I expect an immediate resolution, including the refund of my deposit. Carwiz must improve its customer service and honor its commitments to avoid such situations in the future. I warn others to think twice before renting from this company.

Hello friends, the company is not getting in touch in any way and is not answering our calls. Is there anyone here who can provide support? Where can we file a complaint, does CİMER offer a solution?
