Carwiz Bodrum Still Hasn’t Refunded My €350 Deposit – Delayed & Poor Customer Service
I rented a car from Carwiz Bodrum from September 2 to September 13, 2024, and I am still waiting for my €350 deposit refund. I initially contacted Novocar, and they told me the refund process could take 10 days. However, when the deposit still didn’t arrive, I reached out again. This time, they told me the issue had been forwarded to Carwiz and that the process could take 15 days.
I visit Turkey once or twice a year and rent cars frequently, but I have never experienced such an issue before. Now, I have no choice but to file a complaint with my credit card company to dispute the charge. This delay is frustrating and unacceptable, and Carwiz needs to refund my deposit immediately.
