Carwiz Rent A Car Delayed Deposit Refund and Overcharged My Credit Card
I returned my rental car to Carwiz Rent A Car on January 4, 2025, yet my deposit refund still hasn’t been processed—even after 30 business days! On top of that, they overcharged my credit card by ₺1,180 for toll fees. They admitted their mistake but have yet to issue the refund.
The worst part is that I can’t reach anyone. Customer service is completely unresponsive, and I have no way to get an update on my money. This is unacceptable! Carwiz, I demand my deposit and the overcharged amount to be refunded immediately. If you take customers’ money, you should return it promptly. Ignoring customers and delaying payments is not how a professional company should operate!
