“I received a phone call from Carter's regarding the matter. They provided me with the phone number of the gentleman who is the importer of Trunki suitcases and gave me the opportunity to speak with him directly. The gentleman had already been informed about the issue and offered me options: I could either send the product for repair or he could explain to me what I needed to do to fix it myself. I chose to repair it myself instead of dealing with shipping. He explained very clearly and understandably what I needed to do and assured me that if I caused any damage during the repair, he would take responsibility. Thanks to this, we resolved the issue very practically. I would like to thank both Carter's and Trunki for their solution-oriented approaches. Thank you also for not disappointing my trust.”
