Samsonite Black Label Suitcase Returned with Used, Broken Wheel After Repair


About 15 days ago, I sent my Samsonite Black Label suitcase for repair through the Samsonite store at Capacity Mall because one of its wheels had broken. This model is a limited-edition item sold in the United States and comes with a lifetime warranty.
However, despite being a warranty-covered repair, my suitcase was returned to me with a used and broken wheel installed. Since I found this completely unacceptable, I returned the product again for proper servicing.
Throughout this process, I was able to communicate only with the store staff and received no additional assistance or follow-up from Samsonite.
My expectation is that my suitcase be repaired properly, with a new and undamaged wheel installed, and then returned to me in full working condition.
I do not accept this level of negligence toward a premium product under lifetime warranty, and I request that my issue be resolved urgently.
