Oysho Maxi Baby Care Backpack Falls Apart After Few Uses

I purchased a Maxi Baby Care Backpack from Oysho’s official website, and I’ve experienced serious quality issues with the product. After only the second use, the hook used to attach the bag to the stroller broke. Then, by the third or fourth use, the insulated front pocket’s inner aluminum-like thermal lining tore and started to deteriorate on its own.

We bought this backpack expecting a durable, high-quality product that would last a long time, but it became damaged very quickly, which was extremely disappointing. The material and overall condition made it seem as if it had been stored for years in a warehouse before being sold.

I wanted to share my experience here so that others with similar expectations are aware of these quality and durability issues before purchasing this product.
