Samsonite Bag Straps Slippery and Unusable – No Support from Brand

I purchased a Samsonite bag with the promise of quality and strong after-sales service, paying a premium price. However, the straps on the bag are so slippery that they don’t stay on my shoulder, making it impossible to use. After spending more on this bag than I would on a suitcase, I expected much better. I reached out to the company, but they provided no solution to this issue. If even the most trusted brands like Samsonite fail to stand behind their products, what’s left for customers? This experience has been disappointing, and I hope Samsonite takes responsibility and offers a fix for this problem.
