I Face eFootball Account Locked Issue for 10 Months

I have been unable to access my Efootball account for about 10 months because my Konami ID is locked. I play on an Android phone, and every time I try to log in, I only receive the message that my Konami ID is locked, without any clear explanation or solution. During this period, I have contacted Konami/eFootball customer support multiple times, but the methods and instructions they provided have not solved the problem, and my account remains locked. I still cannot log in and cannot access the game. I kindly request that my Konami ID be unlocked and that my access to the game be fully restored so that I can continue using my account and my existing progress.
