I Face Amazon Replacement Issue After Receiving Damaged Product

I ordered a “Whirlphool Pulsator Cap Compatible with Ace XL Semi Automatic Machine | Durable Replacement Pulsator Cap” from Amazon on 9 April 2026, and the product was delivered to me on 14 April 2026 in damaged condition. As soon as I noticed the damage, I immediately requested a replacement through Amazon and also shared photos of the damaged product as requested. Despite this, I have not received any replacement to date, and I was surprised to see that my replacement request was cancelled without my knowledge or consent. I was neither properly informed nor given any clear reason for this cancellation, and I am still left with a damaged product that I cannot use. I request that Amazon arrange an immediate replacement for this product without any further delay, and ensure that such cancellations without notifying the customer do not happen again.
