Carrefour Order Canceled After Payment, Product Unavailable




I ordered a Jwin touch-sensitive keyboard (org) from the Carrefour SA website and waited for the delivery. However, I received an email saying that my order had been canceled.
When I logged into my app account, the first screen said that my order would be delivered within 5 days. But when I clicked on the details, I saw that the order had indeed been canceled.
The product is now not available for sale again. I found this product at Carrefour and had not bought it from Amazon even though I found a similar product at a similar price on the Amazon app. Now there is a significant price increase on that product as well.
Carrefour SA is either selling a product that is not in stock or is creating a victim by canceling an order that I have paid for and acting in their own interest.
