Carrefour Sent Me a Broken Filter Coffee Machine and Never Replaced It





I purchased a filter coffee machine from CarrefourSA’s online store as a birthday gift, but unfortunately, I received a broken machine. I reached out to customer service right away, and they promised that someone would come to collect the defective product and provide a replacement. I had high expectations initially, but ultimately, no one arrived. It’s been more than a week, and I’m still waiting. With each passing day without a resolution, my worry continues to mount, particularly because this was intended to be a meaningful gift. I’ve made attempts to follow up, but I still haven’t gotten any definitive updates or commitments. I feel disappointed by the lack of follow-through from a well-known retailer like CarrefourSA. I had higher expectations for the service I received.
