Because of this, Carrefour does not feel the need to mislead its customers. How are you going to justify yourselves when the visuals make everything perfectly clear? I am also going to be sharing advertisements for various other brands of tea. You have written "100*2" in your note. This indicates that there are 200 units. If you deny it, you are misleading the client by doing so. Two separate complaints have been submitted by me. My messages on WhatsApp have been ignored, so there's no point in continuing. This trickery on the part of the retailer that supplies the majority of our online purchases has us completely perplexed.

"It is said that a resolution process has been initiated, but there will be no solution. I am just expecting a reasonable answer. The insufficient stock excuse is not a lie. If evasive answers are going to be given, no one should call. If a store does not have products like bread, yogurt, margarine, tomatoes, etc., I think it is meaningless for a large shopping center like Carrefour to remain open."
