On September 7 and 18, I placed three separate orders to Antalya through Pazarama. In my orders, I purchased Çaykur Filiz tea, thinking the products were 1 kg each. However, the items delivered to me were only 500 grams. This means I paid the price for 1 kg but received only 500 grams of tea. For my orders with numbers 922155211, 391979633, and 167909039, I paid ₺399.80, ₺423.02, and ₺423.02 respectively by credit card. As a result, I ended up paying around ₺430 per kilo of tea, which is an excessive price. The product weight was not clearly displayed on the screen, and there was no information indicating that returns were not allowed. After receiving the products, without opening or using them, I wanted to return them. However, when I contacted customer service, I was told that food product returns were not accepted and they could not help me. Yet, on platforms like Trendyol and Hepsiburada, I had never experienced such an issue in similar cases. I request that the return of these products be accepted or that the amount I paid be refunded. I was misled by unclear product weight and return conditions, and I want this issue to be resolved.
