Carrefour Selling Cheaper Than Its Own Store On Another Website

Hello, On April 6, 2024, just one hour after I bought the LG 50NANO766QA product, which I purchased from Carrefour SA for 18,950 TL, I noticed that it was being sold on the Hepsiburada platform of Carrefour SA for 17,999 TL, 951 TL cheaper. It seemed strange that the same product was being sold on another platform for less than the price in its own store and on its own website. I opened a record to the call center twice, thinking that I would find a solution because I trusted the corporate structure and customer relations from my shopping experiences I have made from Carrefour SA until today. Regarding the issue, in both of our 2 meetings, the seller was informed that the right to set different prices on different platforms belonged to them, that I could not claim any rights, and no solution was provided. However, it is ethically disturbing that a product that I bought and delivered myself is sold cheaper with such a significant price difference on the internet. As someone who makes shopping choices based on the principles of credibility and honesty, unfortunately, with this experience, the credibility of Carrefour SA's affordable price campaigns is no longer valid. I will also cancel the price catalog email notifications that I regularly follow.
