Carrefour Norwegian Salmon Delivered Uncleaned and Without Receipt



In my Carrefour order number 197401254, I purchased Norwegian salmon. I placed my order online on the morning of November 8 and paid approximately ₺778.10 by credit card. In my order note, I specifically requested that the inside and outside of the fish be thoroughly cleaned, and that the head and tail be cut off and packed separately. However, the outside of the fish was not cleaned at all, and the scales were still intact. When I came home tired and wanted to cook immediately, I ended up spending an hour cleaning the fish myself. This issue had happened once before with a previous order, but I decided to give Carrefour another chance for goodwill reasons, only to experience the same negligence again. Additionally, receipts were not sent for either of my orders, so I am concerned about potential tax issues and expect an explanation. The cucumber in my order was also quite stale. These repeated problems and the loss of trust in the brand have made me feel really disappointed. I will attach photos, though I couldn’t capture everything due to the situation. My only expectation from Carrefour is for those responsible to sincerely apologize for their mistake. I refuse to accept being left to handle such a task that shouldn’t have been my responsibility and request that this issue never happen again.
