Carrefour Sold Me Frozen Fish Instead of Fresh and It Fell Apart When Cooked

Buying three fish from Izmir Balçova Carrefour SA, I trusted they were fresh as stated. The fish turned out, though, frozen stock rather than fresh at all. They broke apart like mush and had a doughlike texture when I attempted cooking them. After paying ₺210, I found I had to toss them. I chose Carrefour since I thought it was a reliable business, but this experience has caused me doubt. Engaging in such reckless and deadly play with people's health is I wanted to share my story to caution people to be careful when shopping there and formally complained about this.
