Carrefour Misleading Stock and Refund Trouble

Carrefoursa Online cancels orders for no apparent reason, and I'm learning about it through the system. They cancel products that are in stock at their whim, without any reason, and their customer service representatives don't even bother with any of your issues. There's no after-sales support whatsoever. If you have a problem at Carrefoursa, you won't find a solution.
