I purchased something from Carrefour online, and my total bill was 408 TL. Following the delivery of the orders, an additional 60 TL was deducted from my bank account. Despite numerous phone calls, they insist there is no problem with the additional 60 TL deduction. They act as if it's their right to take this money unfairly. They have been forcing me to deal with this situation for several weeks. Who are these detectives? I have the invoice in my hands, so what gives them the authority to withdraw additional funds from my bank while claiming there is no problem? Migros resolves such issues within an hour, and this is the first time in my life that I've encountered such a problem. What do they mean when they say they're taking my money?

My main order was 408 TL, additionally I had a 50 TL order, there is no problem with the additional order, but my main order was taken as 489 TL and 469 TL was charged with a 20 TL provision, what is this 60 TL, I urgently request a refund.
