Google HelpPay Digital Game Purchase Appeared Without My Permission

While reviewing my credit card statement, I discovered that on March 10, 2026, an unauthorized $1 charge was processed through the Google HelpPay virtual POS and billed to my Turkish Economy Bank (TEB) credit card. I did not purchase any digital game or other digital product for this amount, and I have never shared my card information with anyone.

I clearly state that this transaction was made without my knowledge or authorization. I request that this unauthorized charge be canceled, that the $1 be fully refunded to me, and that my card be thoroughly reviewed for potential security issues. I also ask that all necessary security measures be taken to prevent any similar unauthorized transactions from occurring in the future.
