Hotpoint Ariston Refrigerator Display Stopped Working and Buttons Don’t Respond
The display panel on the front of our Hotpoint Ariston ENXTMH refrigerator has been malfunctioning for the past two to three weeks. The display no longer works, and none of the buttons on the control panel respond. Although the refrigerator is still cooling properly, we cannot adjust or monitor any of the settings because the display and controls are completely unusable.
When I contacted a Vestel dealer, I was told that they could not assist with this issue. I also searched online and found that many other users have experienced the same display and control panel failure. Based on these reports, I believe this may be a common or recurring defect rather than an isolated problem.
I request that Hotpoint Ariston/Vestel repair the faulty display and control panel on my refrigerator free of charge or, if necessary, replace the defective components. I would appreciate a permanent solution to this apparent recurring issue and ask that my complaint be resolved as soon as possible.
