Google HelpPay Charged My Card for PUBG Mobile Without Permission

On March 7 at 12:48 PM, a charge of $5 with the description *"Google PUBG Mobile g.co/HELPPAY#GB" was processed on my Ziraat Bank card ending in 4450 without my knowledge or authorization. I only recently became aware of PUBG Mobile and its website, and I have never used my card to make any purchases through PUBG Mobile or Google. I did not make or approve this transaction under any circumstances.

I request a full refund of the unauthorized $5 charged to my card and a thorough investigation into how this transaction was processed. I also ask that my card's security be reviewed and that all necessary measures be taken to prevent similar unauthorized transactions from occurring in the future.
