Migros and MoneyPay Charged Me 3 Times for the Same Purchase Without Refund
On June 25, I made a purchase at Migros using the MoneyPay payment system. However, I was shocked to see that the same amount—₺320—was charged three separate times for what appears to be the exact same transaction. In addition, a fourth charge of ₺335 was also processed that same day. In total, ₺1,295 was deducted from my account, all on the same day and from the same merchant. This is clearly a system error.
On June 29, I was charged another ₺870.31, and yet again, ₺270 was deducted via YemekPay. It is completely unreasonable for this many deductions to happen in such a short span of time, especially when I only made a single purchase.
I tried contacting customer support for an explanation, but I received no clear or helpful response. This situation has caused me serious financial inconvenience. I have all the screenshots of these duplicate transactions and demand that Migros and MoneyPay immediately refund the excess amounts charged.
Additionally, I request a system-wide investigation to ensure this issue does not affect other customers. This is unacceptable behavior from trusted platforms, and I expect a resolution without delay.
