Unauthorized Google Play HelpPay Charge Appeared on My Card
On March 11 at 6:57 PM, an unauthorized charge of $23 was processed through HelpPay via Google Play without my knowledge or permission. Even though I do not have a HelpPay account and never provided my card information to this service, this transaction was successfully completed, which has caused me serious concern about the security of my payment information.
As soon as I discovered the unauthorized transaction, I contacted my bank and had my card canceled immediately. However, the $23 charge has already been posted to my account.
I request that this unauthorized transaction be investigated as a matter of urgency and that the $23 charged to my card be fully refunded to me as soon as possible.
