I recently discovered an unauthorized transaction from my GCash account and I am requesting your urgent assistance. On September 12, 2026 at exactly 12:04 pm (Manila time), an amount of 699.00 was charged from my GCash account number 09774932*** under the name Primitiva M***, and the transaction appears under the name HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (HONG KONG VCREA). I did not authorize, approve, or knowingly make this payment, nor do I have any account, subscription or service relationship with this company. I only became aware of the transaction after seeing it in my records and receiving a payment confirmation message. I request that this 699.00 amount be fully refunded to my GCash account and that any current or future charges from HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED be permanently blocked. I also ask for a clear written explanation of how this charge was processed on my account despite not giving any consent. I expect this matter to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, and I request that I be informed in writing about the outcome and the steps taken to prevent this from happening again.
