A Worm Came Out of My Caribou Coffee

On November 26, 2023, at around 3:30 PM, I purchased a Turtle Macchiato at the Caribou Coffee Kayseri Talas branch. Upon opening the lid and taking a few sips, I noticed something on the surface that caught my attention - a lifeless worm about one cm long. I told the staff about the situation, and they mentioned it might be because of the cardboard cup. Discovering a worm in my food is quite worrisome, especially since I didn't ask for an explanation and didn't receive an apology. I hesitated to voice my concerns about the staff, but I didn't get a genuine reply.
