On July 18, 2025, I placed an order from Burger King through Yemeksepeti, including a meal and an extra ice cream. After finishing my meal, I began eating the ice cream. On the second spoonful, I felt something hard in my mouth. When I chewed again and felt the same hardness, I immediately took it out — to my shock, it was a metal staple. As seen in the attached video, the ice cream was not just topped with colorful candies, but also contained a dangerous foreign object. This raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. It is extremely disappointing that such a major global brand shows such negligence. Unfortunately, as we often see in many sectors in Turkey, even international companies seem to disregard consumer health and safety. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and investigated immediately. I am also requesting a formal apology and clarification from Burger King regarding how such an incident could occur.
